Job description
Objectives
Is responsible for the overall policy of management of human relations and social management and provides ongoing support to the subsidiaries under its responsibility.
Develops and provides policy management staff salaries and human resource development and defines the general conditions of application closely with fiscal policy and in line with the business strategy

Is responsible for all or part of the policy development and management of human resources in compliance with social legislation

Responsibilities and Tasks
Is the preferred mode of business and management in the retail part of the deployment tools and management development
Oversees payroll / personnel administration for all employees (centralized payroll elements entering payroll data on new hires data variables changing circumstances contracts endorsements software work ...)
Provides staff management defines and implements a recruitment policy promotes career management (mobility training assignments ...) and offers an attractive remuneration policy
Coordinate social management: developing incentives for the development of a business plan or different forms of employee participation
Coordinates the management of all representative bodies (EC DP HSC Union Delegates)
Constantly monitors compliance with company agreements to their application and / or their implementation and supervises with department heads and shops
Implements and monitors the development of the reduction of working time in connection with employee representatives
Implements and coordinates training policy and all recruitment activities
Guarantees the quality of the social climate in seeking staff adherence to company goals and disseminating economic information and social
Develops and implements quantitative and qualitative means (job management recruitment training) needed for optimizing or adapting human resources to the economic goals of the company
Ensure the conduct of personnel management and the application of social rules incorporating the rules and procedures of labor law. Advise and assist line managers in the management
Manages individual and collective disputes - coordinates all legal and judicial records of the company
Is responsible for performance monitoring and daily management of the team
